Learn how you can improve your health

This lifestyle and behavioral program will give you the knowledge and skills for improving your health, quality of life, and overall happiness. The approach is grounded in traditional medicine and in mindfulness. Your healthcare provider can help treat the causes of your recurring health issues and mindfulness helps you learn the skill of making conscious choices by paying attention to the moment.

This class is open and free to patients of Maine Medical Center who have been invited by their provider. Please note that this program involves meeting with your provider virtually or in person at least once and that visit will be billed as a regular office visit.
